Where can I send financial contributions to support education in the fields represented by IEEE?

If you are interested in donating money to to support eductation in the IEEE areas of interest, the IEEE Canadian Foundation supports these efforts. Tax receipts are available for donation. The IEEE Canadian Foundation promotes active student branches, rewards IEEE student volunteer efforts with individual scholarships and funding for interesting projects, and adds value to the IEEE experience.
